Prezentowany tom traktuje o źródłach z ziem zabranych – dawnych ziem polskich w granicach Imperium Rosyjskiego – oraz obszaru Księstwa Warszawskiego, a następnie Królestwa Polskiego. Chronologicznie obejmuje okres XIX i początku XX stulecia, tematycznie zaś – różne typy źródeł: od homiletycznych, przez prawno-historyczne i biurokratyczne, po źródła do historii nauki i techniki. Its chronological scope encompasses the 19th and early 20th centuries, and its subject-matter stretches from homilies, to legal and bureaucratic sources, to those concerning the history of science and technology. The authors touch upon a number of themes relating to the technicalities, methodology and theory of source editing.
