First, there was Pete-Pete Parsley. A cheerful boy... maybe with too many ideas, some of them a bit rash. Pete found his permanent place in bedtime stories. He was soon joined by Caroline Carrot. She was equally nice, and furthermore - had patience for Pete's pranks.
